Our reverse engineering and prototype machining services enable us to create custom machine parts at consistent costs, based on prototypes of rare or outdated components. All services are performed at our state-of-the-art facilities in Arcadia, California.

CNC Milling Precision Machining
– CNC milling capabilities to machine surfaces up to 118” x 236”.

– Raw material sawing to 12″ diameter by 20′ length or flat stock to 18″ wide by 20′ lengths.

Vertical Turning Lathes

Delivery
– All parts and custom-built machinery leaving JR Engineering’s dock are professionally packaged to protect against damage during transit to the customer’s facility.
– Two drivers making deliveries five days a week to the surrounding area.
– A fleet consisting of four (4) delivery vans/pick-up trucks, one (1) 20′ flatbed truck, and one (1) 24′ cargo van truck.
– Overhead cranes with 1-5 ton capacity.
– Specialty freight haulers utilizing drop-deck, double drop-deck, and lowboy trailers for oversized machinery.
